Craftsman Style

This beautiful home is a river retreat. Incorporating many Craftsman features our customers took advantage of the low maintenance of cement board siding, cultured Centurion stone, stamped and stained concrete, aluminum eaves, and vinyl clad Anderson windows. Wanting to spend optimum time enjoying the river they chose a plan with a large screened porch and separate grilling porch which lead them down to their own dock on the White River. The interior boasts lovely laminated, low maintenance wood floors throughout with tiled floors in the bathrooms and laundry. Special features include beautiful granite and Silestone counters, a master bathroom with custom shower and spa tub, a “see-through” fireplace that not only greets you when you enter but warms the family room on the opposite side. Textured walls, archways, detailed trim accents and custom built-ins make this a special place to be and the earthy Craftsman colors chosen inside and out give this home a restful look and feel. The home also has energy effcient geo-thermal heating and cooling as well as a convenient whole house vacuum system.

Take a dip in January

This summer we completed an indoor pool addition. Adding on 1500 square feet to an existing home. The pool room features stamped and dyed concrete, reclaimed antique beams, “Castle” Centurion brand cultured stone walls, ceramic tiled staircase and hallway, geo-thermal heat for the pool and for the room conditioning itself. We also reworked the master bedroom suit by adding his and hers master closets with custom cabinetry. In the master bath we converted the existing shower into a walk-in shower spa completely tiled with bench seating. The exterior was completed to match the existing brick home. Using cement board siding and the same cultured stone on the exterior as interior the new and existing matched perfectly.

Dream to Reality

This vacation home is an exquisite show place, with three levels and overlooking the White River it features cultured stone archways, colored, stamped and stained concrete, western red cedar log-look siding, round timbered entryway, copper trimmed gables, aspen interior walls and ceiling, hickory floors, antique beams, pecky-cypress cabinets, copper sinks, vessel sinks, slate tile work, custom wood work, outdoor kitchen with another fireplace connecting to an Ipe’ curved deck with stone piers and Ipe’ railing. We could go on and on. Our homeowner had quite a fantastic vision and we were very pleased to help her bring it to reality!

Country Craftsman’s New, Energy Efficient, Model Home

Here are some shots of our new home. We chose a custom plan that met our needs entirely. We not only have a shop but living space attached. All in one convenient building. This “green” building boasts 10″ thick walls courtesy of insulated concrete forms providing the highest insulation value available and also providing sound-proofing from the shop area. Cement board siding and cultured stone will cover the exterior. The interior is a model home, suitable for showing our customers just what we can do for them. Fourteen species of wood were used throughout. The 10″ thick walls also enabled us to trim out the windows with a deep sill/bench seat. The custom trim follows a craftsman style. All walls sport a different texture. The living room is two paint colors enhancing the “bag roll” texture applied there. Wood ceilings inside and out on the porch. The porch concrete is stamped and dyed and looks like slate. The master bath has a custom slate shower, walnut cabinets, “treebark” textured walls and a black vessel sink. The kitchen has all energy star appliances. A geo-thermal hvac system will also save on heating and cooling costs.

1800 square feet-3 car garage

Some very green features go into this new home. Our customers chose this plan for a perfect sized residence for their retirement. 1800 square feet 3 bedroom 2 bath with handscraped laminate floors, Anderson low E windows, Corian, Cambria and Wilsonart laminate countertops. Cement board siding, cultured stone accents, gas fireplace. Energy star appliances, plumbing fixtures and inexpensive can lighting creating ambiance in every corner. The custom tiled shower and spa tub surround with glass block window offer an inviting master bath. Maple glazed cabinets, knotty pine 6-panel doors and rustic hardware all add to the relaxed feeling and good times to be had in this home.

Lots of porch and 1200 feet

120908-conleys-019 ********** We’ll take on all types of projects. This home we took to the trim out stage. Our customers wanted to complete the home’s details themselves at their own pace. A nice size home with cement board siding, cedar trim and posts, cultured stone, poured concrete porch floors, screened porch overlooking the Ozark Mountains.

We do log homes

This luxurious custom log home was a collaboration with a log home company. They put up the logs, we finished the rest. The rich red oak floors and rustic pine walls complement the log interior. We custom built a stair case out of oak and hickory balcony railing. A custom painted bookcase lines an entire wall in the study. A very rustic, cozy feel. Talk about being one with nature!
