Tim brings several years of experience in all phases of residential home building to your project. He has been building and retrofitting homes since 1975. He prides himself on the most efficient, moneysaving techniques, without sacrificing quality. We consider using the most quality driven subcontractors and suppliers a priority. Along with an experienced crew of our own craftsmen, Tim will take your project from start to finish. You can rest assured Tim will have your best interests at heart while he builds your home for you.
Tim’s wife, Sara, provides fully computerized office support to the business. She has had experience in various office environments including management, real estate, abstracting, law, human resources and marketing dating back to 1981, More recently she has taken up floor plan design to suit your needs.
Tim is past Fire Chief of the Salesville Volunteer Fire Department and past president of the Twin Lakes Home Builders Association and both Tim and Sara have served on the Salesville Planning Commission. Sara has served in several capacities on the Mountain Home Business & Professional Women’s board and was named their Woman of the Year in 1991, and has served on the Salesville Volunteer Fire Department Auxiliary. They are still active in the TLHBA and are members of the Mountain Home Area Chamber of Commerce.
